This agreement is accepted electronically by the BUYER during checkout, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. A copy is stored with the order. In case of conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

1.2 Buyer
The person or company whose name, e-mail, phone, address and (if any) invoice details are entered on the order form (BUYER).
2. Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service described below, ordered electronically on https://thetacticpad.com.
3. Service and price

All prices include taxes (VAT for Turkish lira prices). Lira or dollar is shown according to the visitor's location / language; the amount charged is the one shown on the order page.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through PayTR, a licensed payment institution, in one payment or in instalments offered by the bank. Card details are never entered on or stored by the Seller.
5. Performance (delivery)
- The service is entirely digital; there is no physical delivery or shipping.
- The yearly membership starts immediately once PayTR approves the payment: an account is opened for new members, or an existing membership is extended by 12 months.
- Sketch-to-scene scenes are added to the Buyer's library within 24–48 hours (24 hours on Ultra+).
- Memberships do not renew automatically.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. The Buyer expressly consents at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends. If the service cannot be provided due to a technical reason on the Seller's side, or a paid sketch request cannot be completed, the amount is refunded under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Obligations
The Seller provides the service as described. The Buyer confirms that the details given are correct, does not share the account and uses the service in line with the Terms of Use; the Buyer is responsible for content they upload.
8. Invoice
An electronic invoice is issued based on the details given at checkout and sent to the Buyer's e-mail.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed according to the Personal Data Notice and the Privacy Policy.
10. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade) and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made are competent.
11. Entry into force
The Buyer confirms electronically, before ordering, that they have read the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
